They called me in after I submitted application. Came in the next day filled out a 5 min application and they did a 20 min interview. They were looking for some one with some experience and I have none.

Asked basic qustions like expeience in counter industry, experience in construction, drivers license and and driving tickets and if I have a criminal history.
