Met with two other TPM's as well as the head of Customer Success as well as Federal Sales. I was able to ask questions throughout and get a sense for the company and culture from the first phone screen to the onsite. I spent two months total evaluating and interviewing at 3 other companies but ultimately decided on Kinetica because I didn't feel pressured and I got a really good feeling about where the technology was going and the challenges involved to get there and I wanted to be a part of helping with those challenges and helping the company grow.
