The process took about one week. I contacted a employee and had a first background interview that was rather good. the next step was wit the CTO to validate technical "knowledge". The interview was very bad as the CTO seemed to be more interested in what's going on his screen and as the company was based at station F he didn't even bother to book a room for the interview. He asked me to talk about my background and projects and as he was not paying attention i had to explain multiple times with no avail. He then asked me to solve a two eggs 100 stroies building which can be easy solved but he was after the "most optimised solution" even though the solution to the classical problem is pretty much know and given on geeks for geeks. He then said that he will contact me within a week which of course never happened even when i sent him an email. All in all, I wouldn't recommend to anyone which is sad because at first i was excited and the concept was intriguing.
