First, they send you a form, which one of the field is ridiculous. They asked a question that what is your working hours like, and expect you to choose "I work outside of my normal working hours as long as I get more work done". Boomer mindset. Then, they ask you to do an assignment and present to them. On the interview day, the interviewer was late and seems like he just woke up. They also text you outside of working hours to talk about the assignment. In the end, they send me an offer, but ghosted me afterwards, but luckily I already went ahead with another offer. I would not recommend anyone to join if you read their history of reviews.
