Subsequent to attending an interview, I was told that if I am unsuccessful, feedback would be given within a week to justify the decision. To my surprise, I had waited a whopping six weeks before I was given feedback. I had to continually chase them up. Had I not done that, I probably would have never heard from them again. For this reason and more, it is reasonable to conclude that those responsible for giving feedback are disorganised, unmethodical and very slow. Others concur with me on this point.
