Phone interview first. Then did a face to face interview with the Sales Manager. Onsite interview with Senior management. Interviewed with CFief Operating Officer, CHief Financial Officer , VIce President of Sales and Director of Human Resources. Each person had a different set of questions. The interview process was very thorough and lasted a full day.
