It was a group interview. We all set down together and split off based on experience. Then we went around in our group asking and answering questions. It seems as if the person to speak the most got the call back. The call back was a one on one interview, which was great.

One on one meeting with the GM. Casual. Orientation is the longer part. That can be done in a group. Asked your typical interview questions. Started training that week. Also met with corporate.
