A 15 minutes interview. After the interview I had 15-20 minutes to prepare a demo class about a given topic. Then I gave a demo class to a group of 5 adults acting as 7-8 years old students. Then another 10 minutes discussion about the demo with the manager about the class (good points and places to improve)
