Mismanaged interview...things like "There is no room for upward mobility" were mentioned during the interview. (Great way to secure high quality candidates but they are probably only looking for yes men and people who don't question the process of the company and will just go along.--See interview question section.) Shoes are not allowed in the office because of "the wood" on the floors of the office. They have money for a nice office building but terrible pay and no benefits. Although it didn't work out, I'm glad that it didn't work out because this would have been a miserable experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
