Kinship was not transparent at all with candidates during this interview process. Completed multiple rounds of interviews with the interviewers not being transparent at all about the salary range expected for the role, or even the job title they were looking to hire for.
They made candidates complete an in-depth assessment. This assessment didn't simply test skills — it required them to plan an entire campaign. They issued this assignment in April, and had candidates plan a Mother's Day campaign.
This does not feel ethical to take the work candidates produce for your upcoming seasonal marketing, then ghost them

I would be very careful with this company. Very non-transparent with the salary and even which roles they even have open. I got the sense that this company is farming ideas from their candidates. They ask you to do an in-depth assignment detailing how you would run specific campaigns, with the timing suspiciously lining up with upcoming seasonal marketing. And after spending 4-6 hours preparing this detailed assessment, they then ghost you. Tread very carefully.
