The HR department at Kinsley is aimed at finding the right person and fit for the company that shares our Core Values of: Do the Right Thing, Uncompromising Excellence, Pride and Ownership, Team Focused and Growth Oriented. This is the top priority of HR and our hiring managers, even more important than previous experience and skillset.
During the interview process for our sales positions, we explain the different divisions within the sales department, their functions and how they work as a team to determine an applicant’s potential fit within our structure. We are in a technical sales niche and have divided up the responsibilities to better match the needs of our different end-users. We understand that there is a lot of information shared and can see the opportunity for miscommunication.
Our interview process is very thorough; we make every effort to explain that our process can take several weeks or more, depending on the varied schedules of the hiring managers. Again, we are focused on finding the right person for the company and the position and will invest as much time and resources necessary to ensure the right fit. We strive to ensure that every candidate is contacted - whether selected or not - and feel it is part of treating all people with the respect and courtesy they deserve. The timing of our final communication is highly contingent upon the hiring process detailed above and may at times be longer than a candidate anticipates.
