Go In for test and take physical exam and then you have to go they a fourteen day course to be able to get on the boats and complete deckhand class once you finish you go on the boats for thirty days strait and no time off what so ever.
Easy just be honest about your experiences in the work force. Safety and the ability to adapt to any situation are key. Know the job description and be able to express that the the recruiter.

Entrevista
I submitted my application via their Website and was contacted within a week. Interview and screening process was pretty straightforward. There was an IQ test and basic core competencies test, as well as drug screening and physical.
