Assessment day consists of morning of presentations and meeting and asking questions to staff members. Then go for a maths, grammar, reading and short written test- fairly basic/easy. Then go for first 1:1 interview and then have lunch. If successful in first interview you will then be invited to the final interview after lunch. If not you’re sent home
