Multiple levels, interview with HR head and other staff over the phone, visit in person and interview with multiple attorneys in the group that you are seeking to work. Questions will focus on ability to work long hours.

It is a pretty standard review process. There are multiple rounds and will ask you to expand on work experience. The point person for the interviews is very welcoming and will help guide you through the process.
