The entire interview process was simple and clean. I initially got a call from the HR, followed by an interview with the Creative Lead and Director. They had asked me to bring my portfolio
The results were given on the spot, with the entire process completed within a day or less.
The best part was, while most companies hesitate in accepting 2 months of the notice period. they accepted and asked me to join after I serve my notice period

A four stage interview process and everything was done online as it was during Covid Lockdown.
1. Exploratory Call with HR
2. Interview with Creative Lead - About the role, my experience and technical skills were discussed.
3. Assignment- Set of tasks were given to design.
4. Culture Fit interview
Very responsive HR,Culture Team. Had a great time with the conversations and working on the assignment.

1. Telephonic Discussion with HR
2. 1-1 with Lead - Job Description, my previous experiences and technical skills were discussed.
3. Assignment- Set of tasks were given to test the expertise in the creative field.
4. Culture Fit interview (approx. 1hr discussion about your core values as a person)

Entrevista
Hey All, Applied for the Designer Role @OS via Online. It was a total of 3 Rounds. The First round was the Aptitude, Second was a Multi Design task & the last round was a Culture Fit. I personally Enjoyed all the rounds of the Interview. the Best part is that- The interview process was Clean and straight "well planned" KUDOS to the OS HR Team.
