Entrevista
The interviews with the hiring manager and the team went really great. Good balance of technical and team fit questions. However, the waiting period after the final stage interview was more than a month. And the communication with the recruiter was terrible. This was also the case for another role at Kite I interviewed some time ago. The communication from the recruiter is super slow and sparse and you don’t get feedback. I thought the interviews went great it was really frustrating not being able to contact the hiring manager directly.

Entrevista
The initial interview with the recruiter and the panel interview with the team went smoothly in timely manner. However, the recruiter did not give any meaningful update for almost a month. I felt like getting ghosted and for sure thought did not think I got the role by this behavior. But after a month they offered the job. The team is great. But HR hiring communication process needs improvement.

Entrevista
The complete job interview process had three phases. Each phase was approximately 3-5 days apart. First phase was the phone screening with the recruiter. They asked to walk them through your resume and if they determine you will be a good fit, they set up a 30-min interview with the hiring manager (2nd phase). My interview experience with the hiring manager was pleasant. Mostly discussed my previous experience and went into detail as much as possible to demonstrate my depth in knowledge. The third phase included a series of interviews with members of the team you will be joining, the head of the department, and the hiring manager (again). All my interviews were on zoom and scheduled for the same-day. The interviews with the team members mostly included "walking through them through your resume" and discussing soft skills. The interview with the department head and second interview with the hiring manager was mostly discussing their management style and asking questions to get to know what type of role you take in a team. Overall, I had a pleasant interview experience.
