You get a logical test via e-mail first, then they call you up, set a date for an interview, same logical test on site, another interview shorty after, then reference check and back ground check, its fairly easy and well organized

I applied for the job after reading a job add. I attended an interview. Had to undergo a small IQ test of 18 questions. 15 correct answers required to pass.
