Interviewed for a leadership position. Ghosted, with zero follow up. Interviewers talked about their people oriented culture and values. Was evident they don’t live up to the values, given they can’t even be bothered to follow up. If this is the experience for leadership “executive” recruiting, can imagine it will only be worse for other positions.
Was asked about (and likely declined due to) my lack of experience in certain areas. Wasn’t asked questions to probe my readiness. They could have easily assessed my experience by just screening my resume.

Leadership experience questions - managerial and technical.

Entrevista
Very lengthy process, lots of stages and a final panel presentation. My final interview was on a Thursday and I heard nothing from the recruiter that day, not even a thank you for my time or a reply to my email. I found out they were not moving forward on the Friday morning because they reposted the job, but did not bother to let me know. Only after I chased them on the Monday did they bother to let me know that even if they really liked the presentation and all my experience is really relevant, apparently there was one question I didn’t answer to their liking. I can see from other reviews they seem to treat all candidates in this way. Such a nasty way to treat people, when it doesn’t really take that much effort to send a quick email.
