Seriously amazing experience. I've seen some negative experiences outlined on here so was initially cautious but that was not my case at all, so make of that what you will. - Had an initial call with the recruiter who was very friendly and walked me through some open roles. - From there I had a phone screen with a hiring manager where we talked a bit more about my past experience. - Following that was a pair programming exercise which was interesting and not too difficult. - Final "onsite" round consisted of a couple more technical challenges and some conversations with product and eng. management. I indicated that splitting the final round into a couple days would work better for my schedule and they happily accommodated me. I've run the gambit when it comes to interviewing. Small startups and FAANG alike, they all have their flaws, and even this process was not 100% perfect. But I can say that this was miles better than any other interview I've ever experienced. It was engaging, well-organized, and everyone I met was very friendly. When they extended the offer I happily accepted.
