I had a bizarrely unprofessional process with Klaviyo. The recruiter set me up with the hiring manager who seems to have literally no free time and does not prioritize interviews. My 1st scheduled interview with the hiring manager was rescheduled due to something urgent that came up. Then, 7 mins before my rescheduled interview, the recruiter emails me to tell me that something else urgent came up so the hiring manager has to cancel again, and they also filled the position last week. In hindsight, seems like I dodged a bullet if the hiring manager can't even make 30 mins over the course of 2.5 weeks to speak with a candidate. The lack of communication was also frustrating because I did spend unnecessary time prepping.
