This was my favorite interview process I have partaken in. The questions asked were relevant to the position, all interviewers were engaging and open to conversation, and everyone was accommodating and extremely kind. There were multiple rounds, beginning with a hiring manager screening, then a take-home tech screening, and onto a four-hour final round. Screening questions were standard for software engineering roles. Be prepared to speak on previous projects and what you are looking for in your next role. Technical questions were done in a pair-programming fashion. Less leetcode-style and more "real world" if you will. The recruiter did a fantastic job at preparing me for each individual round. The interviewers were open to discuss the problems mid-interview, provide feedback, and answer any questions. Interviewers were rooting for me to succeed. Overall a very enjoyable interview experience and a great change of pace. Similar to other reviews, this process should be the gold standard for SWE interviews.
