Received interview invitation Initial interview was 30mins. The recruiter spent the majority of the interview talking about his journey at Klaviyo, the final 5 minutes was when I was asked questions and got the opportunity to ask questions He didn’t know much about the role and was visibly perplexed and frustrated when he hadn’t heard of the company I worked for - despite it being a large established company/brand. At the end of the interview I was told I would be informed of next steps within a week (regardless of outcome). I heard nothing after one week, I followed up twice over the next 2 weeks and never got a response. Overall a unprofessional experience and a spectacular waste of time spent preparing for and attending the interview.

Standard meet everyone on the team and answer questions sort of thing. Nothing out of the ordinary. There was a lunch as well to get to know each other a little better. Unpaid take home assignment, ref check, etc.
