Applied. Did an OA. Made it to live interviews. Big day, three-four interviews lined up one after another. Prepare for ~3 hours of sitting. Relatively fair and smooth process. No offer received though, Overall, good experience

Three rounds. First-round screener with recruiter. 2nd round was a panel; two back-to-back 30 min interviews with staff. Third round 30 min interview with supervisor for program. Three interviews, recruiter was great. Third round interview went well (or so I thought). Finishes and tells me recruiter will be in contact. Suddenly recruiter ghosted me, I followed up but nothing.
