The first interview was a straight forward 30 minute phone screen. The conversation started with an overview of the company and shifted to responsibilities associated with the role, including a brief description of the team.

Interview process is way too long. Also, the case study is basically solving a problem for them which is a little degrading. Started with standard interviews that felt repetitive. Overall, 4 weeks of back and forth.
