Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Klingit.
Entrevista
1 stage - Video call with recruiter
2 stage - Design case
3 stage - Team lead/Manager Call
The design case was by far the hardest and most time consuming part. It took me full 2 workdays to complete it. They gave you 2 personas and asked you to design 4 wireframes, 2 high fidelity views, for essentially 2 different apps (1) for each persona) with also providing affinity mapping and user journeys and all that - showing why you did what you did. That was way too unreasonably big of a task for a case study, hence it hits harder in the end after not landing an offer and feels like a big waste of time unfortunately. Otherwise people interviewing were very nice.
Additionaly it was very stressful to wait for results of next stage, because results were late, keeping me on the edge all 4 weeks of recruitment.

How does your flow look like?
Do you have experience in working remotely?
Pretty easy questions mostly
Their hiring process requires you to do an hour-long test including taking 2 videos of yourself. I did, but after that they never let me know if I'm selected or not for the next steps of the hiring process or if I'm the right fit or not. I emailed them after 2 weeks or so asking them politely and they simply ignored me. To make a video of myself for the company answering their questions and then being ignored afterwards is quite embarrassing, to say the least.

They require you to take a video of yourself answering questions, not like the traditional hiring process.
first step was a video call followed by a test then there was supposed to be another interview but they stopped responding after I submitted the test and I had to ask for an update to my application which they answered by saying that they decided to go ahead with another candidate.
