Some questions over the phone, and a slightly more in-depth interview in person. It was very casual and friendly. The interviewer was the manager for his department. He used a stock questionnaire with questions like: "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" "What did you like about your last job?" "What didn't you like about your last job?" There was no drug test or background check. Some people get background checks, but I did not. I was told it was pretty much in the bag, but the manager had to confirm with Human Resources. I got a call later that day saying I was hired.
