I filled out an application online and was directed to page that let me schedule an interview. I scheduled an interview and two weeks later I went to the HR office to be interviewed. The interview lasted about ten minutes, the interviewer hired me on the spot. All she asked was about my last job and how I would deal with a difficult customer. I start working next week!
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
