A phone interview was done before an official group interview, not many questions asked during both. Standard sales questions and how to handle customers. They ask if you are willing to help with other parts of the store like stocking shelves or working in the back unloading merchandise. Process was fast and got a call back 2 days later.
interview was easy, went through 2, one was through the phone and the other interview was with the manager. it was an easy process, the questions that were asked were basic questions.

Great, very welcoming, loved the space I would interview there again. 3 step process, I met with the CEO of Kmart it was amazing such a blast. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to work at Kmart
