The hiring process was super easy, and simple. They asked me a minimum of 3 questions. They were hiring a lot for seasonal, so they were just taking in anybody basically.

They asked Why you want to work at Kmart which is hard when you don't
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
