Entrevista
Applied Online, got a call back within a few days. I then went to the WRONG kmart, and talked to an hr manager who happened to have a name extremely similar to one that the location I had applied to had. Regardless, I received a call again and although I made taht mistake they still wanted to hire me.
I went in for the interview, it was very straight forward and she planned to hire me on the spot. Pay was minimum but since I had experience it was bumped up.
Applied online. Interviewed in person in the store with HR manager. Received notification that I was accepted for the customer service representative position within probably three to four days of the interview.

Entrevista
Interviewed face to face with one of the store managers and answered a series of questions. Some of the questions took me by surprise even though I had prepared for questions most people ask.
