Upon arriving to the interview 15 minutes early I was directed to wait in a room, which was the employee break room. Their was another candidate there who had told me she had been waiting a half an hour to be interviewed. When the hiring manager finally took that candidate in it was on my scheduled interview time. They interviewed in a room next to the break room and their whole interview was audible. That interview was then interrupted and the candidate had to wait again in the break room for another 15 minutes to be taken back to the room to complete the interview. When I was finally up it was well after my scheduled interview time. The Interviewer was very personable and pleasant, but seemed like she had way to much on her plate as my interview was frequently interrupted as well.
