Applied online, got a call the next day to come in. I didn't expect them that soon, so there was some initially some trouble getting me scheduled (I was right in the middle of a move), but the lady was very understanding about my circumstances and was willing to wait two days until I could go in for an interview. The interview itself was great. The woman was very friendly and the environment was comfortable. Good interviewing experience. She made it clear to me, however, that they wanted people with experience. I didn't have any experience and I was honest about it (although I had some non-retail volunteer experiences beforehand). Pretty sure that's the reason I didn't get the job, because the interview otherwise went perfectly.

Asked scenario questions and wrote it down, such as "Name a time when someone set a goal for you" and "Name a time when you exceeded your own expectations (or something like that)"
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
