I applied via Kmart’s website. About 8 hours later, I received a phone call inviting me to an in-person interview. I interviewed the next day and followed up with a secondary interview the day after. I was offered the position about three days later via phone.

It was a really calm and pleasant interview. The Manager of the store and the hr manager where there for my interview. the first thing they ask me was if i had experience managing other people and how many people had i managed before. After that they ask me if i had an y ideas that would the store with customer service.
