Entrevista
I applied on Sears Holdings website and I received a call to come in for an interview within 24hrs of me submitting my application. The manager called and asked me to come in the following morning for an interview and to bring my Driver's license and social security card. I went in and she asked me basic questions about why they should hire me and about my past experience. She also asked of all my past jobs which was my favorite and why. Overall the questions were easy. She did most of the talking in regards to the position and last she asked if I had any questions of my own.

No questions were difficult at all for this interview. They were very basic and required straight to the point answers.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
