Written application before group interview then one on one. This was inclusive of group games where two managers would watch how you perform in groups. Groups were roughly 30-40 people, tables of 6.

Applied online. Interviewed in person in the store with HR manager. Received notification that I was accepted for the customer service representative position within probably three to four days of the interview.

Entrevista
Interviewed face to face with one of the store managers and answered a series of questions. Some of the questions took me by surprise even though I had prepared for questions most people ask.
