They called me in and we had a brief discussion and I guess they really needed someone to work overnight because it wasn't even really an interview. They asked me a couple simple questions asking me if i am willing to work hard and won't steal from the store. They gave me the job and after they did the background check and drug test i was good to go.

I applied online and completed the assessment. The same night I was called for an interview in the evening. The HR TEAM member was great. She made me feel comfortable and really guided me along what to expect during my tenure.

It was somewhat normal interview, but then it gets a little bit different was asked what do you see you doing after this job like since I am a student. Show how you where responsible. How we can rely on you and give examples etc.
