The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked about my interests, my familiarity with TVs and gaming consoles, and how I would deal with difficult customers. Beyond that they really didn't ask me very many questions other than about my willingness to work weekends.
The interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions like why I wanted to work at Kmart. They asked what section of the store I’d most like to work in and then if I could lift more than 20 lbs.
Many people interviewed together, and they asked some basic questions like Can you tell me a little bit about yourself?
Why do you want to work at Kmart?
What do you know about Kmart?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
