There wasn't a very long interview process. I applied online from some job site and shortly after received a call to come in and interview with a manager. It was quick with basic questions: why do I want the job, prior experience, when can I start, etc.....
I engaged with one-on-one interview about my customer service and team skills. They also had around 30 people in the room for group exersizes where you were given a customer scenario and had to come up with a response together.

Really easy one on one I did end up working there for 4.5 years the manager that does interviews might not be the one to call you or might be gone by then
