I worked at kmart twice. the first time i was interviewed, i was'nt really interviewed. they just asked my availability and gave me the a o.k.. the second time i worked at kmart, the asked the typical interview questions. past experiences, name a time you didn't agree with someone, how did you overcome a challenge.

It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.

simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
