Prepare to be GHOSTED! After nearly a dozen interviews over several weeks, including receiving feedback that an offer would likely be forthcoming, the leadership team went completely silent. If you’re planning to recruit senior management to your team, be professional and respectful to them. This includes closing the loop with them if you’ve decided to hire someone else. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to any of my colleagues or network.
