Standard call with recruiter. Technical phone screen was totally non-technical, did not make any sense. The interviewer asked all the irrelevant questions of all hypothetical scenarios except a single technical question.

E-mail introduction from CEO, interview scheduling by CIO, video conference interview with Engineer, interview scheduling by CIO, and then silence. It felt a lot like a chaotic early startup except this company is 6 years old and the job posting says "No equity."
