The interview process looks like easy to crack but, needs to focus while attempting. It contains mainly 3 rounds. 1. Screening round If you are a fresher, they might ask about your self-introduction along with a topic for 1-2 minutes to check your fluency in English. If you are experienced, then they will ask about your experience with your self-introduction and they might ask to speak about any random topic for 1-2 mins. 2. Assessment If you cleared the screening round, you will be moved to the assessment round. It contains 2 sections. a. Chat assessement: You have 45 minutes of time to finish this assessment. One of the interviewers/hr will ask some random questions about your hobbies or education or experience. You have to answer by typing in a quick manner. There might be a chance of getting 10 questions. For me, it finished in 4-6 questions. b. Typing assessment: In this part, there are 3 questions or 3 parts. Each part has 1 minute of time to finish the paragraph by typing. You have to type the paragraph within 1 minute how much you can type. 3. Operations/HR round In this round, they will ask some random questions or any other.
