Fast, straight forward process. I appreciated the transparency and real conversations. I started with the recruiter, did an assessment online, met with the hiring manager, and finally the VP. The culture is as described.

Entrevista
The interview process was quick but very thorough. There was a roleplay scenario as part of the second interview. I didn't go through the traditional method of applying because I attended a hiring happy hour that put me in front of recruiters and leadership. After that, Sierra was very efficient with next steps to interview. I had a phone interview followed up with the roleplay and second interview with James who is the VP of the team I would be working with. Overall, the process was not stressful. It was very exciting from start to finish and I was kept in formed of next steps throughout the process.
