The hiring process was wonderful. During my initial phone screening, it definitely felt like a true one on one conversation, and the interviewer showed genuine interest in me. I was immediately asked to come in for a face to face interview the following week. During this interview, which was a small panel, I got to spend a lot of time talking about my experience, and again was made to feel extremely comfortable. There were a few situation questions thrown in, which I enjoyed because it was my chance to prove how I would handle common situations that would arise in the position, which is something I had never experienced before. I was asked to come back for a second face to face, which seemed much more like a free flowing conversation than anything. This was probably one of the best hiring processes I have ever gone through, with clear communication the entire time about what was happening. Most importantly, throughout this process, I felt as if I were already part of the team.
