I received a phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes. Isabel was very good at keeping me up to date on the status of my app. About 2 days after the phone interview, we scheduled an in person interview, where I completed all my tests and met a few other employees. About 3 or 4 days later I heard back from Isabel with a job offer. I was kept up to date the entire process and asked for approval that my references be contacted. It’s nice to be kept up to date on where they were on their side of the interview process.
