The interview process was smooth, first there is an over the phone interview and if you pass that you'll be given an IQ test and a personality test. After completing those, you will be interviewed in person. My interview was great although the tour felt a little rushed, nonetheless, a very welcoming and friendly environment.

It is critical you know the company well and have a general idea on how they function. First they send you questions to answer over the email, then you move forward to an over the phone interview. The last step is an in person interview which was not intimidating at all. No reason to be nervous, the staff was extremely friendly and excited for joining members.
