A resume and cover letter generated an email request from a KnowBe4 recruiter for a phone interview. My phone interview ended with scheduling of an in person interview for the following day. I was asked to complete online Aptitude, IQ and Culture Fit assessments prior to my arrival. In person interview was spot on. Great questions, with many opportunities to ask my own questions. We did a mock call, then the VP of SMB Sales came in and interviewed me. I was given a tour and was blown away by the working environment. I could feel the energy everywhere. I left the building hoping that I would receive an offer from this amazing company. My references were contacted before I was even home. The next day, I received the exciting phone call from my recruiter offering me the job!

It was as all interview processes should be. It was very straightforward and reasonable. The recruiter(s) were very responsive, stuck to their dates and set up for success. The feedback was candid and specific. The process was excellent and the people were very easy to work with and honest about where one stands.
