Applied for this position online and received an email about a week later from their in-house recruiter to setup a phone interview. We corresponded via email and setup an interview for the next day at 11:30am. On the day of the scheduled interview, I received an email at 11:24am asking me if we could push the interview back to 2:00pm as he had to cover another interview for a co-worker. This was inconvenient as I came home at lunch to take this interview, but I was excited about the opportunity and qualified for the position, so I obliged. At 2:03pm he emailed me back saying he would need to push the interview to another day as their recruiting platform was down and he could not access my information. I sent back a copy of my resume and asked him to call me as soon as he was ready. He did so promptly. The call itself went well and he explained to me that they were looking for someone with ERP and deep technical project management skills and I explained in detail how I met those requirements in spades. He then explained to me that they were looking for someone with NetSuite experience, which I did not have much of, but that it was more important for the systems admin role they were hiring for anyways. He then stated they had some bad interviews so far for this role and that they would want to move fast. I said I’m ready when they are enthusiastically and we ended the call. I followed up with an email thanking him for his time and stating how I was looking forward to learning more about the role from the hiring manager in the next phase of the process. I did not receive a response after one week and noticed the listing was still active so I sent another email to the in-house recruiter to inquire about next steps. No response. After two weeks I sent one final response requesting an update. Nothing. I checked their site today nearly a month later and the listing was recently reposted. A very unprofessional and disappointing process all around.
