1st interview was fairly standard and had check the box questions that most VP sales candidates would know the answer to. The salary was $100k and variable was 200k with equity which is low compared to other VP sales roles. KnowBe4 is well known for promoting from within which is a good thing for internal employees but not for external applicants.
