First round was HR Round. After getting shortlisted in HR Round, technical round was conducted after 2 weeks which just looked like mere formality. For AM position, AM position employee took interview which is not best way to judge candidate. Even after answering all questions response was negative from their side. It just seemed they already made mind to not select me.
